What Coaching With Me Is Like
Let's get one thing out of the way. I won't tell you what to do. I won't give you a perfect step-by-step plan for life. And I definitely won't ask you to think positively about everything. What I will do is help you see yourself more clearly.
I'm known for asking sharp questions that get straight to the heart of what's really going on. Not because I want to make things difficult, but because I respect your time too much to dance around the issue.
My coaching style is direct, honest, and deeply supportive. We'll focus on where you are now and where you want to go - not spend weeks digging through your past looking for explanations.

Hi, I'm Camilla aka. Molly Pretzel 👋
I am a Certified Lifecoach through The Life Coach School and since 2015 I've helped people build stronger boundaries, trust themselves more deeply, and stop abandoning themselves in order to keep everyone else comfortable.
Not because I have all the answers. But because I've seen what happens when someone finally starts listening to themselves.
The changes are rarely small. When one person learns to trust themselves, speak up for themselves, and take up more space in their own life, the impact doesn't stop there. It ripples outward. Into relationships, Families, Friendships and Communities.
That's one of the reasons I still love coaching one human at a time. The transformation may begin with one conversation, but it never ends there.
My approach is direct, honest, and compassionate. I'll challenge you when needed.
Support you when needed. And help you see what you've been unable to see on your own.
