Terms & Conditions

All bookings are considered confirmed only once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before the scheduled service, event, or access to digital products and memberships is granted.

Private Pole Dance Lessons (Online & In Person)

• Payment is required in advance.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and the session is forfeited.

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.

• Late arrivals do not extend the duration of the session. The lesson will end at the originally scheduled time.

Participants are responsible for completing an appropriate warm-up before the session begins. Molly Pretzel cannot guarantee specific results or progress from private instruction.

Online Life Coaching Sessions

• Payment is required in advance.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and the session is forfeited.

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.

• Late arrivals do not extend the duration of the session.

Life coaching is intended as guidance and personal development and does not replace therapy, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, medical advice, or other licensed healthcare services. No specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.

Workshops, Camps & Event Bookings

Workshop bookings are subject to the specific agreements and booking terms communicated to organisers at the time of booking, including cancellation policies, travel arrangements, accommodation requirements, and other event-specific conditions.

Bachelorette Parties

Payment must be received before the event. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Bachelorette party bookings are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. At Molly Pretzel's sole discretion, exceptions may be considered in extraordinary circumstances, such as serious illness or injury affecting the bride or groom.

The agreed price applies regardless of the number of participants attending. Special requests or customised arrangements may incur additional fees.

Groups arriving late will still finish at the originally scheduled end time. If the group arrives more than 20 minutes late, Molly Pretzel reserves the right to cancel the session without refund if the remaining time does not allow for a safe and appropriate experience.

Memberships may be offered as monthly, annual, or other recurring subscriptions.

Unless otherwise stated, memberships renew automatically until cancelled by the member.

Members may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds are not provided for partially used membership periods.

Molly Pretzel reserves the right to update, modify, discontinue, or improve membership features, content, pricing, or benefits in the future. Such changes will not affect access already paid for during the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

Purchases of digital products, including single online classes and downloadable materials, are generally non-refundable.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, please contact hello@mollypretzel.com and reasonable efforts will be made to find a suitable solution.

Downloaded or streamed content is licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, shared, resold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Purchased choreographies may be taught in local studios and in-person classes by the purchaser.

You are welcome to adapt or modify the choreography to suit your students or teaching style.

However, choreographies may not be resold, redistributed, published as your own original work, or used in commercial online products without prior written permission.

While not required, crediting Molly Pretzel as the original creator is always greatly appreciated.

All videos, downloads, educational materials, branding, text, and other intellectual property remain the property of Molly Pretzel unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Each membership or digital purchase is intended for one individual only.

Sharing login credentials or providing access to purchased content to others is not permitted. If you enjoy training with friends, please encourage them to purchase their own access so the work behind the content can continue to be supported.

Participation in any class, lesson, workshop, event, or coaching session is entirely at your own risk.

Participants are responsible for informing Molly Pretzel of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect participation.

Participants should only engage in activities appropriate to their own abilities and should stop immediately if they experience pain or discomfort.

No guarantees are made regarding physical progress, performance improvements, or personal outcomes.

Molly Pretzel is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Abusive, discriminatory, aggressive, threatening, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards instructors or other participants will not be tolerated.

Molly Pretzel reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants, or terminate an event without refund where such behaviour occurs.

Participants are welcome to take photos and videos during private events unless otherwise agreed.

If Molly Pretzel wishes to capture or publish images or videos for marketing purposes, permission will be requested beforehand whenever identifiable individuals are involved.

Molly Pretzel shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, severe weather, government restrictions, technical failures, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.

Any personal information collected in connection with bookings, purchases, memberships, or enquiries will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and relevant data protection legislation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
